Exam Pattern for Bombay High Court Clerk 2019

- The Exam Will be Screening Written Objective Type.
- The Screening Test for the Post of Junior Clerk will be 20 Question with 40 Marks.
- The Screening Test for the Post of peons 15 Question with 30 Marks.
- The Question Paper will be of Local Language.
The Question Paper Will be based on General Knowledge including knowledge of History, Civics, Science, Geography, Sports, Literature, Grammar and current events. Questions on computer knowledge shall be also included in the screening for the Junior Clerks.

English Typing Test
The candidates found eligible on the basis of merit in Written/Screening Test alone would be called for the examination of English Typing Test (@ 40 words per minute) of 20 Marks.
The duration of typing test would be 10 minutes, which will be conducted on Computer. The passage will contain 400 words.
On the Day when you appears for written examination
- Candidates require reaching at written examination location at least 30 minutes before.
- Candidates are not permitting to bring books or other notes with them on examination centers.
- Don’t come with your family because no one is permitted to go inside at examination center premises.
- Calculator with memory, watches and other electronic item are not allowed to bring at written examination centers.
- Candidates make sure to bring Admit Card/Hall ticket before appearing written examination.
- Candidates have to bring with them 2 pencils and 2 sharpened.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES IN THE EXAMINATION HALL
During the University examination if a candidate is found in mollified possession of papers, books or notes or written notes on his clothes, body or table or chair, which is relevant to the examination(s) he will be disqualified from appearing in any university exam for one year and if found having copied will be disqualified for two years.
Pagers, Cellular) bones or any other gadgets are strictly prohibited in the college premises during the examination days especially in examination hours by the students, House Surgeons and staff. The Principal should circulate this information widely. Further, the Principal, Chief Superintendents and observers are to be empowered to seize such articles and shall initiate disciplinary action under intended malpractice
IDENTITY VERIFICATION for Bombay High Court Clerk 2019 BHC
The original certificates/documents of successful candidates will be verified for which dates will be notified after declaration of result. On the basis of written test, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce original certificates of Essential and Desirable Qualifications along with one set of photocopy, duly attested,
The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination.
