DNB CET SS Counselling 2020: The counselling process of Diplomate of National Board Centralized Entrance Test – Super Specialty (DNB CET-SS) will be conducted for all the qualified candidates. National Board of Examinations is conducting the Centralized Entrance Test (CET) for providing admission to DNB PG courses at various accredited Medical Institutions/Colleges/Hospitals in India in the basis of merit list. Students who met the eligibility criteria only can able to appearing in the admission process. DNB CET SS 2020 Counselling
The counselling will be done purely only on the basis of the merit list obtained in the DNB Centralized Entrance Test. Aspirants should need to visit the official page of the NBE http://www.nbe.edu.in for can exercise his/her option for participation in the further round of counselling. Candidates need not appear for the counselling in-person at NBE, New Delhi for opting out for further round of counselling.
Students can participate in the counselling from anywhere in the mode of online. If aspirants who are not participating in the counselling as per the schedule, they will not be permitted for participation in the subsequent round of counselling.
Eligibility Criteria for DNB CET-SS Counselling

1st Round | Candidates who have qualified in the DNB CET SS which is conducted by the NBE with fulfilling the eligibility criteria can participate in the 1st round of counselling based on the merit list. |
2nd Round | Students who have appeared in the 1st round of counselling either in the mode of online or in-person will be eligible for the participation in the 2nd round of counselling based on the merit. |
3rd Round | Candidates who have appeared in the 2nd round of counselling either in the mode of online or in-person will be eligible for the participation in the 3rd round of counselling based on the merit list. |
Schedule of Counselling & Merit List
Students may check the schedule of the DNB CET SS Counselling and the Group-Specific Merit list at the official page of the National Board of Examinations. It is must to download and bring the Rank card to participate in the counselling.
Availability of Seats & Counselling Fees
The seat availability of the Post Doctoral courses will be available in the information bulletin and also uploaded on the NBE official website. Before the commencement of counselling, the final seat matrix will be displayed at the counselling venue and also NBE official page.
Candidates should need to pay the counselling fees of Rs. 2500/- in the form of Demand Draft in favour of National Board of Examinations, payable at New Delhi.
Required Documents for Counselling
Students should bring the below-mentioned list of prescribed original documents to the counselling conducting venue on the counselling date.
- High School/Matriculation/Higher Secondary Certificate
- MBBS Degree Certificate
- Rank Letter
- DNB, MD/MS Degree Certificate
- Permanent Registration Certificate issued by MCI
- Proof of declaration of result PG Medical Qualification (MD/MS/DNB)
Candidates will be admitted to the respective course after confirming the seat allotment and reporting to the allotted NBE accredited Medical College/Institution/Hospital with applicable registration fees.
