HSTES B.Tech Counselling 2020
Haryana Counselling will be conducted either in off-campus or online mode. All the qualified candidates should register themselves for the counselling process with applicable fees for that. The counseling contains 3 rounds. The applicants should attend the counselling in the correct date. University will release the seat allotment PDF in an allotted date. HSTES University will conduct the counselling and seat allotment process for TFW, EWS, KM and HGST category candidates from May 2020 to June 2020. In the counselling process, JEE Main rank was considered for the allotment of seats for round 1 and 2, while for round 3 inter-se merit of the qualifying exam is considered.
HSTES Counselling / Seat Allotment Procedure 2020
HSTES University has some procedure for counselling;
Registration: The selected candidates should register for the counselling process. The application form for counseling will available until May 2020. The students should pay the registration fee Rs.500 (For reserved candidates Rs.250) through online mode. The amount will non- refundable.
Choice Filling: The candidates were required to select their preferred college and the courses in the selected colleges.
Seat Allotment: The seat allotment of the candidates is based on the category, choice filling, and availability of seats.
Haryana B.Tech Seat Allotment 2020
- Enter into the counselling site of HSTES
- Login by entering Register number and password.
- Check the seat allotment option.
- If the candidate has offered a seat, then the allotment letter is sent to the candidate.
- The allotment order contains details like institution, branch offered, allotted status and the reporting schedule.
Certificate verification: The candidate should report to the seat allotted institute along with allotment letter, photocopies, and original documents and can confirm their admission by paying the semester fees.
