ICAR AIEEA UG PG 2020: NTA has been announced the ICAR AIEEA 2020 exam dates. ICAR AIEEA 2020 online registration shall start from on 1st March 2020. NTA is conducting the ICAR AIEEA 2020 entrance examination for admission in UG, PG, and Doctoral (ICAR AICE – JRF/SRF) level agricultural programmes. NTA ICAR AIEEA 2020 UG/PG entrance examination will be conducted on 1st June 2020. ICAR AIEEA is a national level entrance examination.

ICAR – AIEEA UG, PG, JRF/SRF (PGS) 2020

All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) – UG will be conducted for providing the admission to the bachelor degree programmes in the fields of Agriculture and the Allied Sciences (other than veterinary sciences) at Agricultural Universities only 15% University seats. Not more than 40% of candidates from any one state will be admitted in any agricultural university/subject. Students for 25% of seats in accredited Master degree programmes in the accredited colleges of accredited Agricultural Universities are admitted through ICAR-AIEEA (PG). The centralized admission to 25% of the seats of Ph.D degree programmes is in the universities under the ICAR Agricultural University.

Note: There is no direct nomination through the ICAR in any UG, PG, and Ph.D degree programmes without qualifying in the ICAR-AIEEA 2020 examination.

ICAR-AIEEA UG 2020 In the academic session 2020-2021, there are totally 11 Bachelor degree programmes (B.Sc/B.F.Sc/B.Tech) with four-year duration are available to the Indian Nationals according to the merit list in ICAR-AIEEA UG – 2020.
ICAR-AIEEA PG 2020 In the academic session 2020-2021, Master degree programmes are offered in 95 sub-subjects under 20 major subject-groups. Candidates should have to select one major subject-group from the available courses based on his/her graduation level.
ICAR-AICE JRF/SRF (PGS) 2020 In the academic session 2020-2021, Agricultural University is offered the Doctoral programmes in 16 major subject-groups i.e., based on the eligibility with their subject areas at the post-graduation level.

Students who wish to participate in the undergraduate programmes at Agricultural University through the ICAR-AIEEA UG 2020 entrance examination should fulfill the below mentioned eligible qualifications.

Candidates with 16 years of age are eligible to appear in the ICAR-AIEEA UG 2020 examination. No relaxation will be provided regarding the minimum age limit.

Qualifying Examination

Students should have passed 10+2 Senior Secondary Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education of a recognized board/university with securing a minimum of 50% marks for General, OBC (NCL), UPS, EWS categories and which is 40% marks for SC/ST/Transgender/PwD.

Eligibility Criteria of ICAR AIEEA PG 2020

Age Limit

Candidates with not below 19 years of age are eligible to appear in the ICAR-AIEEA PG 2020 examination. No relaxation will be provided regarding the minimum age limit.

Educational Qualifications

  • The candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks for General, OBC and UPS categories whereas for the categories of SC/ST/PwD is 50% marks.
  • Candidates must have completed the B.V.Sc. & A.H with internship before the date of admission for the admission in the M.V.Sc.

Eligibility Criteria of ICAR AICA JRF/SRF (PGS) 2020

Age Limit

Applicants with 20 years of age are required to apply the entrance examination of AICE-JRF/SRF (PSG). No relaxation is permissible regarding the minimum age limit.

Educational Qualifications

  • Indian Nationals who have passed Master’s degree programme with a minimum of Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA) from any recognized university in India or abroad will be eligible to appear for the AICE – JRF/SRF (PGS). It can be mentioned as follows.

Instructions for filling ICAR AIEEA 2020 Application Form

Applicants are advised to keep in mind the below-mentioned instructions at the time of form filling.

  • Fill the remaining part of the application form
  • Upload the Scanned Photograph and Signature
  • Pay the examination fees using payment gateway and keep the proof of fee paid
  • Finally, download the confirmation page
Important Documents needed for filling Application Form

Students should keep the original documents in their hands during filling the online application form. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. More than one application forms submitted by a candidate will be rejected.

ICAR AIEEA 2020 application form process has four steps to complete the entire sections of its. All these sections are mentioned below as follows.

Step 1: Fill the Application Form

Applicants should provide the basic details such as the full name, email id, mobile number for registering purpose. After submitting the valid details, the application number and password will send to the registered email address and mobile number. Candidates should log in with valid application number has generated at the time of registration. In this stage, applicants should fill their personal details such as their name, mother and father name, gender, DOB, Category, and also have to fill the educational details like qualifying degree. All the details are should be verified by the candidate before submitting the entered details. If once submitted, it cannot be changed in the application forms. So, candidates are advised to fill carefully with valid details during filling the application form.

Step 2: Upload the Necessary Documents

After filling the personal and education details in the application form, candidates should have to upload their images of photograph and signature. The candidate’s photograph and signature should be scanned in the format of JPG/JPEG. The photograph should be colored or black/white (clear contrast).

  • The size of the scanned candidate’s photograph should be between 10kb to 200kb.
  • The size of the scanned candidate’s signature should be between 4kb to 30kb.
Step 3: Pay the Application Fees

Mode of Fees Payment:

There are two ways to pay the application fees for ICAR AIEEA 2020 examination.

  • Online Mode – Credit/Debit/Net Banking
  • Offline Mode – SBI Challan (Cash Deposit through e-challan at SBI/Syndicate Bank)

Candidates are confirmed only after the successfully paid the application fees in the online or offline mode. Students can choose any one of the listed payment gateways as listed on the screen and pay the application fees as per their category wise.

Step 4: Print Confirmation Page

Students should print the confirmation page once the payment has successfully paid. Applicants are considered for participate in the ICAR AIEEA examination that only candidates who have received the confirmation page after payment of fees. Students can check their confirmation of payment transaction at NTA official website. In case the confirmation page is not generated after payment of application fees then the transaction is canceled, and the amount will be refunded to the concerned candidate’s account.

Note: Candidates are advised to retain the 3 copies of the confirmation page of the online application, 3 identical copies of recent passport size photograph same as uploaded on the application form, and a copy of proof of payment of application fees.

ICAR AIEEA 2020 Admit Card

The ICAR AIEEA UG and PG admit card will be available in the official page of the NTA ICAR AIEEA. NTA will upload the admit card for students who have successfully submitted the online application form. All the applied candidates may get the ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF (PGS) 2020 admit card by providing the valid details on the admit card downloading page. Students will not be permitted to the ICAR AIEEA 2020 entrance examination those who do not have the admit card on the examination day.

From the downloaded admit card candidates may know the examination schedule details about the ICAR AIEEA 2020 examination such as the examination timing, exam conducting centre, exam date and time, important instructions, etc.

If any problems occur when downloading the admit card or any other issues related to the admit card, candidates can approach the helpline between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM from 25th April 2020.

Approximately the provisional answer key will be released before the announcement of the result and also candidates’ responses. Students can check their correct and incorrect answer from that answer key. Subsequently, the final answer key shall issue after some days from the announcement of provisional answer key. ICAR AIEEA 2020 Challenging the Answer key

After the declaration of the provisional answer key, candidates can raise their hands for the answer to questions that they think are wrong. They can participate in the contest to provide their suggestions about that the answer the question with paying the applicable fees of Rs.1000 for each question within the stipulated time. The paid amount will not be refunded.

National Testing Agency will announce the entrance exam results of ICAR AIEEA 2020. Students who have participated in the ICAR AIEEA 2020 entrance examination in the variety of programmes in the level of UG, PG and Ph.D. ICAR AIEEA 2020 results will be released for the courses offered in a different manner like UG, PG, Ph.D, and award of JRF/SRF. ICAR AIEEA 2020 Merit List

National Testing Agency will be prepared the overall merit list separately for each and every major subject-groups as per the candidate’s performance examination of the respective courses. The merit list will be announced on the official page of the NTA or ICAR based on the candidate’s category wise. Students shall be shortlisted for attending the counselling procedure according to the merit list and their category wise. Candidates can get the admission into a institutes/universities as per the candidate’s merit list according to reservation policy as follows.

Qualifying Marks of ICAR AIEEA 2020

Students who have secured the minimum marks for getting admission in the agricultural university through the ICAR AIEEA 2020 entrance examination. Here we have mentioned the qualifying marks as follows for attending the counselling process.

ICAR AIEEA 2020 Counselling

Counselling will be organized for the qualified candidates in the ICAR AIEEA 2020 examinations. Students should attend the counselling in the mode of online. Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria for appearing the counselling process will be called for the online counselling process. All the qualified candidates must register themselves for the counselling process via the official page of ICAR. The counselling and admission process is under the control of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

Students should have to pay the applicable admission fees to the allotted institution to ensure seat availability at the time of online counselling. Candidates are advised to report the allotted institution before the due date or else the seat will be cancelled and assigned it to another candidate.

Note: All the UG, PG, Scholarship, and fellowship will be granted only when the candidates getting admission via the counselling conducted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
