- 4-year B. Tech (Aerospace Engineering)
- 4-year B. Tech (Avionics)
- 5-year Dual Degree (B. Tech + M. S/ M. tech)
The 5-year Dual Degree programme leads to B. Tech. degree in Engineering Physics and choose any of the following PG degrees,
- S (Astronomy & Astrophysics)
- S (Earth System Science)
- S (Solid State Physics)
- Tech (Optical Engineering)
Note: There is no exit option at the end of four years.

IIST 2020 Admission Rank list prepared only for those candidates who registered online for admission and everyone keep in mind that the Admission rank list prepared only based on their JEE (Advance) 2020 All India Rank (category wise included). IST Admission Rank list open from last week of June 2020.

IIST 2020 Admission counseling
The IIST Admission counseling conducts by candidates who secured JEE (Advance) 2020 Rank wise included with category wise. The Admission counseling conducted during the fourth week of June 2020.
