Khadi and Village Industries Commission had conducted the Exam to select the candidates for the Post of Young Professionals to fill up the vacancies of 75 for the contract of one year. KVIC Young Professional Exam Shortlisted candidates 2020
KVIC Officials will upload the Young Professional Shortlisted candidates on the Official website of the Exam as soon as possible. The Selection Process of the Exam was based on the Merit of the candidates marks obtained in the educational qualification, Experience of the candidate and the Interview Result. The Aspirants have to mention all information regarding the Experience without fail. The Selection Committee of the Exam will examine the certificates of the Experience and Educational qualification certificates to select the candidates. The Shortlisted candidates can attend the Interview process.
While attending the Interview, the candidates should keep their Documents readily to submit for the verification. The Officials will check the Certificates of those who got selected in the Interview. If they got verified by the Council of Exam, the Selection List will have their names on it. The Merit List candidates will be appointed on the contractual basis.
Contractual Terms and Conditions
- First the contract will be signed for only one year. If they want extension the fresh contract will be signed for further continuation.
- Any appointment on Young Professionals would be on Fixed Remuneration for a particular time Period.
- No other allowances given like dearness allowance, Accomodation or Medical reimbursement given to the candidates except while on tour.
- Working hours of YP’s and regular employees are same.
- They can take 8 days leave for a single year of contract, other than the Saturday/ Sunday or Govt holidays.
- KVIC can terminate the contract at any time, without any prior notice.
