Revaluation Result
After the students applied for the Recounting / Retotal, Process University will appoint the staff to Recount / Retotal the answer sheet. They will check for the total mistakes and correction errors. Recounting results will be published on the website and notice board. If the student was not satisfied with the Retotal results they can go for the revaluation procedure. The answer sheet of the applicant will be evaluated by different staff and the marks will be updated this will be the final marks. It will be published on the website.
Supplementary Examination
The Supplementary / Special examination is for the students who are failed in the main semester exam or recounting or revaluation. This exam is conducted immediately after the main semester examination. Final year candidates can write the previous arrear papers in the final semester. Exam hall tickets will be issued a few weeks before the examination. The result of supplementary examination will be announced after the assessment of the answer sheets is over. Mark sheet will be provided to the students after updating marks.
Reappearance Examination
The reappearance examination is conducted for those who missed the main semester exam or failed in the Main exam / Revaluation and supplementary exam. These students should not worry they can still write the exam once again. They don’t need to attend the regular classes they can write a reappearance exam only. This will be conducted along with the regular examination next year. Back paper / Carryover / Reappearance examination results will be announced after the evaluation.
