NTA UGC NET Application Form December 2019 – NTA UGC NET exam date notification has been released. The online registration application form for NTA UGC NET December 2019 has started on 09 September 2019. UGC NET 2019 December Admit card will release on 09 November 2019. UGC-NET December 2019 Examination will be conducted on 02 to 06 December 2019. UGC NET exam shall conduct on the behalf of NTA (National Testing Agency) UGC (University Grants Commission). NTA UGC is conducted for the post of Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant professor in Indian Universities and Colleges.

Fees structure for NTA UGC NET 2019 

The application fee for General Candidate is RS.600 and for OBC candidate RS.300, SC/ST candidate RS.150. candidate can pay the fees either through debit/credit card or through E-challan by means of online.

Eligibility for NTA UGC NET 2019

  1. Candidates who have secured at least 55% of marks in master degree or its equivalent exam can apply for it.
  2. Candidates who are waiting for the result of their master degree can also apply for this exam.
  3. PWD candidates who have secured 50% in the master’s degree or its equivalent exam can also appear in this exam.
  4. The candidates who qualify for the award of JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) are eligible to pursue research in related subjects

Age Limit for NTA UGC NET 2019

  1. For the general candidates, the Age must not exceed 28 years as on 2019 and for OBC candidates 5 years extension is given. For applying for assistant professor no upper age limit is required.
  2. The candidates who qualify for the award of JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) are eligible to pursue research in related subjects
  3. A candidate who has passed NTA UGC/CSIR/JRF and candidates who have born before 1989 are not eligible for appearing in the NTA UGC NET 2019 exam.

Selection procedure for NTA UGC NET 2019

  1. For the award for JRF and eligibility for an assistant professor, Candidate must require a minimum percentage of marks in the NET exam.
  2. Top 15% candidates from the merit list will declare for the eligibility of assistant professors.
