NTTF Entrance Exam Counselling 2020: The NTTF Authorities will conduct the NTTF Counselling 2020 for qualified candidates in July 2020. And also the commencement of classes will be in July / August tentatively. The Nettur Technical Training Foundation conducts NTTF Counselling 2020 in its registered Campus. The NTTF Entrance Exam Counselling 2020 is conducted only for the candidates who got qualified in the NTTF Entrance Exam 2020. After the candidate qualified the NTTF Entrance Test, the Institute will send a call letter to candidate to attend the Counselling process. At the time of NTTF Counselling process, Candidate should submit the first-semester fees by Demand Draft (DD). Additionally, candidates should report the NTTF Counselling with the original documents for verification.
NTTF Counselling 2020
The NTTF will post an individual e-mail to all candidates who have passed the NTTF Entrance Examination 2020. The qualified candidates in the NTTF Entrance Examination are eligible for counselling to get Admission for Diploma, Post Diploma and Post Graduate Programmes. The NTTF e-mail will have the below content,
Dear Diploma/PG Applicant,
Sub: Counselling for Diploma / PG Diploma / PG Admission with the NTTF Entrance Exam Counselling date and year, in which the candidate’s counselling process is assigned.
It will also have notes like, the NTTF is happy to inform you that you have passed the entrance examination conducted. You are eligible for counselling for admission to Diploma / Post Diploma / Post Graduate Programmes. The counselling process has scheduled to take place at NTTF Campus – Location and Address.
If you are desirous of joining Diploma/Post Diploma / Post Graduate Programmes you should appear for counselling.
In the above format, the call letter will be sent to the qualified candidate. Additionally, the candidates need to carry the original documents at the time of certificate verification, which is done along with the counselling process. The list of certificates that need to be submitted at the time of counselling will also be mentioned in the call letter.
NTTF Certificate Verification 2020
The candidates need to present themselves on the counselling day at the prescribed time with the following documents.
- 10th Standard / S.S.L.C Original Mark Sheet
- 12th Standard / Diploma Original Mark Sheet
- Original B.E Mark sheets for all year/semesters (PG Admission)
- Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree (if it is not immediately available, it should be produced on the day of admission)
- Three stamp size photographs (not older than six months)
- A crossed DD of the prescribed amount drawn on any bank in favour of the NTTF Address
- Transfer Certificate
- Demand Draft of the first semester fees on the favour of the NTTF Address
- Finally, a Print out the NTTF CALL LETTER 2020.
Above all, if any candidates fail to produce the relevant original documents and DD during counselling, they may not be considered for admission. Additionally, the candidate should send an e-mail to NTTF confirming that they are coming for counselling.
