PGCIL Diploma Trainee Admit Card
PGCIL Admit card is mandatory for every aspirant who is going to write the written test. Without the Hall Ticket aspirants need not be allowed into the exam hall. Without admit card no one candidate can enter in the examination hall. Candidates can download PGCIL Hall Ticket 2019 – 2020 before the 15 days of the written exam. Download Admit Card: E-mail ID and Mobile number to be entered in online application form is mandatory. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new email ID before applying online. Candidates are advised to keep the e-mail ID and Mobile number entered compulsorily in the online application form, active for at least one year. No change in the email ID or mobile number will be allowed once entered. All future correspondence shall be made via E-mail and/or SMS only.
Note: Allotment of Test Centre shall depend upon the availability of the same at a given city. Alternate test centre may be allotted based on availability. No of Test centres may be increased/decreased based on requirement and allotted as per the discretion of the management.

Qualification Details
Diploma in Electrical / Civil discipline of engineering from recognised University/Institute with minimum 70% marks for General / OBC(NCL) / EWS candidates and pass marks for SC/ST.
Selection Method
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Test/Computer Based Test & Computer Skill Test. The offer of Appointment to the suitable candidates shall be issued in the order of merit and based on the requirement. Selected candidates shall be notified through their login in online application system and/ their registered Email ID. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Pre-Employment Medical Examination to be conducted as per POWERGRID Norms and Standards of Medical Fitness.

- The Written Test shall be of Objective type (each question shall have four answer options) of two hours duration consisting of two parts
