Sainik School Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan is an English Medium Residential School affiliated to CBSE Opened Admission for Class VI. Admission will be carried out by the All India Entrance Examination AISSEE. AISSEE Examination simultaneously conducted all over India in which all Sainik schools participate. Two stages of the examination will be carried out in AISSEE i.e., Written Examination and Medical examination.
Sainik School online application form submission has been extended to 31st October 2019.
Written examination will be conducted in OMR System questions asked will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) with four options in which student can choose one correct options ad shade it on OMR Answer sheet. Merit List will be prepared based on the mark scored by the candidate. Based on the merit list candidate will be called for medical examination. Separate call letter will be send to candidate who cleared written examination. Those who cleared the medical examination based on the merit combining both stages candidate final list will be released.

Age Limit & Eligibility
Following Eligibility must be followed while applying for the admission in Online. For Class VI, The Boys Should be born between April 1st 2008 to March 31st 2010 (Both dates are inclusive). Age must be between 10 to 12 Years.

Registration for Class VI is done on the official Sainik school admission website www.sainikschooladmission.in only and the payment will also be done only online. Different categories will have different fees are given below.
- General/Defence Category – Rs.400/-
- SC/ST Category – Rs.250/-
Exam Pattern
AISSEE 2020 Exam Pattern consists of subjects like Mathematics, General Knowledge (Science and Social Studies), language, and Intelligence. Mathematics will have 50 questions each question carries 3 marks. GK Consists of 25 questions and each question carries 2 marks. Intelligence has 25 questions and each question carries 2 marks. Total Marks awarded for Class VI is 300. The time duration for Mathematics, GK, Language is 10:00 to 12:00 hrs and for Intelligence 12:00 to 12:30 hrs. The medium of examination will be Bilingual i.e Hindi and English.
Qualifying Marks
- Scheduled Caste (SC) – No Minimum Marks Required (Based on inter-se merit within the category)

Scholarships
State Governments and Central Government providing scholarship based on the parent’s income and Defence scholarship provided by the Ministry of Defence. Candidates required submitting required documents while applying for the scholarship.
