Admission to the school is done by entrance examination known as All India Sainik School Entrance examination AISSEE. AISSEE 2020 examination date is January 05, 2020. Online Application Date is extended from September 23rd, 2019 to 31st October 2019. Sainik schools are residential boys Schools which are affiliated to the CBSE. OMR Based Multiple Choice Questions system is introduced recently in AISSEE 2020. Selection Procedure
The Selection Procedure for the Admission into Sainik School is done by two stages of examination
- Written Examination and
- Medical Examination.
Written Examination is conducted as a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) Test with four options. OMR Sheet will be provided to the students they need to shade only the option which is correct from four options given for a particular question. Medical Examination will be conducted after the publication of the result of the written examination. Candidates who are selected in the written examination will be called for medical examination. The selection process is purely based on merit.
