Admission Procedure of SASTRA University
The admission will be provided for all the programmes is strictly based on the merit list. Below we have mentioned the detailed admission procedures of various UG and PG courses.
Engineering Course Admission Procedure:
The admission of B.Tech / 5 years integrated M.Tech course will be conducted in the two streams.
Stream-1: Candidates can get admission at SATRA University based on the JEE Main 2020 score and merit list of the 10+2 examination. There are totally 70% seats will be filled in this mode. It can be classified as follows:
- JEE Main Score – 25%
- 10+2 Score – 75%
Stream-2: Candidates will be admitted into engineering course based on the aggregate marks of 10+2 examination. The remaining 30% of seats will be filled in this mode.
Postgraduate Course Admission Procedure:
Students can get PG admission only in the basis of qualifying marks in the UG / PG degree examination and various entrance tests such as GATE/CAT/MAT/AIMAT/CMAT/AIMCAT
Law Courses Admission:
For all the courses under the Law will be based on the entrance test of CLAT 2020 and merit list of 10+2 examination. That means 25% marks from CLAT and 75% marks in the qualifying examination.
