UGC NET Result 2019 – The result of UGC NET 2019 December will be released on 31st December 2019. All the candidates who have participated in the exam of UGC NET 2019 can be able to check their result @ https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can know their UGC NET 2019 result by providing the valid login credentials in the result page. After the announcement of the result, the number of shortlisted candidates will eligible for attending the counselling process according to their merit list and their cut off score.

UGC NET 2019 Merit List
UGC NET Merit List 2019 will be released based on the candidate’s category wise and subject wise after the declaration of the result. Students who have qualified the NET examination will be eligible for the post of Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) according to the candidate’s overall rank. Similarly, the separate merit list will be prepared for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).

UGC NET 2019 Cut Off Marks
There are only 6% of candidates will be shortlisted out of the total number of exams appeared candidates in the Paper – 1 and Paper – 2. The aggregate mark is calculated based on the candidate’s score obtained from both papers. The qualifying marks are listed below according to the candidate’s category.

NTA UGC December 2018 Cutoff
NTA has been released the NET cutoff marks for the qualified candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and JRF. A Separate list will be released by the NTA according to the candidate’s selected subjects. We have mentioned the previous year cutoff of UGC NET exam.

Note: UGC NET cut off marks will be based on the number of available seats and aggregate marks obtained by the applicants.
UGC NET 2019 Counselling/Selection Process
Students who have successfully clear the NET examination with defined cut off marks with good rank. UGC NET exam authority will announce the counselling schedule for the eligible candidates. Hence, students are advised to visit time to time the UGC NET official page for knowing the updated news about the examination and other important details. Students should register themselves for the counselling process based on the merit list. Candidates may be expected there will be a written test in the counselling process.
Necessary Documents for Selection/Counselling Process

- 10th and 12th Certificated and Mark Sheets
- Community Certificate
- Provisional and Degree Certificates
- Photocopy of UGC NET Admit card
Shortlisted candidates will get a call letter from the counselling authority. Students should have to attend the counselling process in offline mode. At the time of counselling candidates should keep the original certificates with them for verification purpose.
