About Organization
The Mission adopts a synergistic approach by relating health to determinants of good health viz. segments of nutrition, sanitation, hygiene and safe drinking water. It also aims at mainstreaming the Indian systems of medicine to facilitate health care. Eligibility for UP NRHM / NHM 2019 Psychologist
Block Programme Management Unit: Graduate Degree In Commerce., Bachelor’s Degree In Social Work Or Social Sciences. Or Bachelor’s Degree In Rural Development. Or Bachelors In Business Administration (Bba)From A Recognized University Or Institution. Two Years Of Experience In Community Work/ Health.
Graduate Qualification Of Business Administration/ Master Of Social Work/ Social Sciences. 2 Year Experience In The Health/ Development Sector.
NMHP: Higher Secondary and knowledge of windows -based packages/ Applications.Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Masters of Philosophy in medical. M.A. in Clinical Psychological or M.A. Psychology with basic knowledge of counselling and I/Q assessment.

Admit card Important
- Candidates should bring the printout of them admit card in the examination hall.
- Candidates should download their admit card before the date of exam.
- Candidate are advised to validate all the details mentioned on their Admit Card.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION for UP NRHM / NHM 2019 Psychologist & Medical Officer
In the examination hall, the call letter along with the candidate’s currently valid photo identity, in original, such as PAN Card/Passport/Permanent Driving License/Voter’s Card with photograph/Photo identity proof issued on original letter head by a Gazetted Officer/People’s Representative or Identity Card issued by a recognized college/ University (valid in current year)/Aadhar card / E-Aadhaar card with a photograph/ Employee ID, should be submitted to the invigilator for verification. The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination.
- In case of candidates who have changed their name, will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification / their original marriage certificate / affidavit in original.
