CSIR UGC NET Exam 2019 Details

  • This exam shall conduct in the month December and June every year. Through this examination, they provide the junior research fellowship to all the qualified candidates for every year most of the candidates are participating in this exam.
  • Candidates who are entrusted in writing this exam can apply for it because it’s a great opportunity for all the candidates for applying in it.
  • If the candidates are entrusted first they should know about the eligibility criteria and must grab and fill the application form.
  • This exam is important because it is conducted by the council of scientific and industrial research(CSIR).

Eligibility criteria

  • Candidates who are entrusted in applying for this exam can participate in the test complete 4 years with adopting a 55% from a recognized
  • The candidates who have completed the final year of M.Sc. or have done 10+2+3 years are also eligible for the applicants.
  • If the candidate has a bachelor degree in science, engineering, or in any other discipline they are also applicable for this exam.

Age limit

The age limit for the post of Lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) mentioned as follows.


Interested candidates in this category should not be more than 28 years and for age relaxation candidates can check the official site. (5 years relaxation in case of candidates belonging SC/ST/PwD/Female candidates and 3 years for OBC {Non Creamy Layer} category candidates)


For LS (NET)

There is no age limit for this examination.

Application fees

  • OBC/NCL category    –      Rs. 500 per candidate.
  • SC/ST/PH/VH category –   Rs. 250 per Candidate

Payment Mode

  • Candidates can deposit amounts in the Indian bank at any branch of the country. Candidates can also send E-challan to the official postal Address.
  • These processes are should be done after downloading the application form.
  • Once the payment has been debited from the bank account the amount cannot be replaced.
  • At the time of sending the details to the office, address candidates should check for more than one time the details which are filled and the enclosed materials details.
