About Manipal University
The Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal was established in 1957 as one of the first self-financing engineering colleges in the country. In 2000, it became a constituent Institute of the deemed university – Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), which is known today as Manipal University. Manipal University B. Tech 2020 Merit List/ Results
The merit list will be prepared for General Category will be based on the marks obtained in MU-OET, Manipal University will declare a list of all candidates appeared for the entrance test on April 2020. In case of two or more candidates secured equal scores, the following points are used to determine on the basis of higher marks in the order by below,
- MU-OET 2020 Mathematics
- MU-OET 2020 Physics
- MU-OET 2020 Chemistry
- PCM marks in 10+2
- In case marks secured in the above are equal, the candidate senior in age will be ranked higher
Manipal University B. Tech 2020 Admission Process
Admissions are done on the basis of rank in the All India Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET) 2020 for General category candidates and the Foreign/NRI Category candidates, the admissions will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Note: Candidates can apply both under General and Foreign/NRI categories. Change of category from Foreign/NRI to General after admission will not be entertained under any circumstances.
