Scrutiny Result
The candidate who wants his answer sheet scrutinized can apply for the scrutiny. The answer script will be checked for the total, and any question is corrected. University staff will do the scrutiny. The results of the scrutiny / re total will be released by the university after the scrutiny procedure is over. Students can check the scrutiny / re total result by visiting the website.
Supplementary Examination
The instant examination conducted immediately after the main semester exam. The candidate who failed in the main semester exam and also in the Revaluation / Scrutiny can apply for the supplementary exam. Exam fees and all other dues must be paid by the applicant to get the admit card or Hall ticket. Evaluation of the answer sheet will be done after the examination is completed. Results will be published on the notice board and on the official website of NIT Sikkim. Mark sheet will be given after the marks are updated.
Reappearance Examination
The reappearance exam is of the examinees who are not able to attend and write the regular main examination and also for those who failed in the revaluation/ Scrutiny and supplementary exam. Reappearance candidates must write the exam along with the regular examination students. Reappearance / Carryover / Backlog / Back paper exam will be conducted along with the regular examination. After the assessment of the answer sheet is finished, the result will be released. Percentage / CGPA will be calculated and the mark sheet will be issued
