About WBBSE Education Board
Board of Secondary Education of West Bengal established in 1951. It was renamed as West Bengal Board of Secondary Education(WBBSE) in 1964. The main work of the Board was to regulate, control and develop the Secondary Education, Conduct Final Year Examination, Publication of Textbooks for classes, conduct Teachers orientation, publishing results, Provide recognition, Framing Curriculum, and Syllabus.
