HTET Admit Card / Hall Ticket 2019

Candidates are requested to note that officially this exam has been notified as HTET 2019. HTET Admit Card
The Board of School Education Haryana has decided to conduct the HTET Exam on  December 2019(Expected). The said exam will be conducted without fear & favour, in a transparent manner without any interference. Board will use latest Technology (Jammers, Aadhar Based Biometric, Frisking, CCTV online Surveillance, Videography) for smooth conduct of Exam. The Board will ensure that utmost secrecy is maintained while evaluating answer sheets of the candidates to instill confidence in the all stakeholders.

ELIGIBILITY (PGT / PRT / TGT)
All individuals who possess minimum educational qualifications etc. as delineated in the service rules relating to the teachers of all the three levels (available on the website of the School Education Department, Haryana and also in these guidelines are eligible to take

the test (HTET) which will be conducted for the following three levels

  • i) who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V (Primary Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.
  • ii) who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII (TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.
  • iii) who intends to be a PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification.

Selection Process

The Examination will be conducted in two modes. Computer Based Test (CBT) & Conventional Type (Pen-Paper Based).

  • Candidates shall have the choice to select the mode of examination only at the time of submission of application form online.
  • In case, a candidate wants to apply for more than one level, he/she has to select only one mode of examination for all the levels.
  • Make note that mode once selected, shall not be changed under any circumstances.

Haryana TET Exam Pattern

Paper I

Candidates who want to be a teacher for classes I to V must take paper 1. Duration of paper – I will be 2 ½ hours. The paper consists of 150 questions which are divided equally into eight sections as listed below.

Instructions to Candidates

  • After downloading the HTET Admit Card, candidates shall affix their passport sized photo as uploaded at the time of registration in the provided space in the Admit Card. Admit Card with affixed & attested photograph shall be required at the Exam Centre, those failing to produce the same shall NOT be allowed to appear in the Exam.
  • All other candidates with a disability, including blind and those who are unable to write with their own hands and not availing the facility of scribe, may also be allowed compensatory time of 50 minutes in each paper.
  • The facility of scribe/amanuensis may be allowed to any examinee who has a disability of 40% or more in a visually impaired category or is unable to write with their own hands if so desired by the examinee.
  • There will be no criteria for educational qualification, age etc. for the scribe/amanuensis.
  • Proper seating arrangements, preferably at ground floor should be made prior to the commencement of Examination to avoid confusion.
  • The time of giving the question paper should be marked accurately and timely supply of question paper meant for visually impaired candidates should be ensured.

Important Details Mentioned for Admit card 2019

  • Photostat copy of the computer generated application form (confirmation page).
  • Copy of payment challan in support of having deposited examination fee.
  • Attested copy of a certificate of having qualified secondary (class 10) examination.
  • Two copies of a photograph as uploaded in the application form.

Admit card Important – HTET 2019 – 2020

  • Candidates should bring the printout of them admit card in the examination hall.
  • Candidates should download their admit card before the date of exam.
  • Candidate are advised to validate all the details mentioned on their Admit Card.
  • Date, Time and Venue of the Exam will be given on the Admit Card.
  • Candidate should bring their Valid ID proof at the time of Exam.
  • Candidates are advised to keep their Admit Card safe till the joining. Admit Card will be required at the time of joining.
  • Any issue regarding the generation of the admit card can be resolved by contacting the official authorities.
