Kendriya Vidyalaya 2020 Admission Test Merit List – Class IX & XI

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has conducted the admission for Class I to VIII, Class IX & XI by the prescribed eligibility. The admission test is conducted for Class IX or 9^th and Class XI or 11^th admission by KVS. The admission applied candidates should attend the Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission Test 2020 to get admission for Class 9^th and 11^th standard. Based on the merit list, the selection will be conducted. Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission Test 2020

The admission is commenced for Class 2 to 8^th without any Admission Test. And the admission may be granted based on the Priority category system (1 to 5 or 6 as the case may be). If applications are more than the number of seats, a lottery system will be followed in each category including single girl child quota. (Class VI Onwards). The applied students who need to qualify in the admission test and the authority of KVS shortlisted the Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission Merit List 2020. Students should qualify in the merit list to get a seat at Kendriya Vidyalaya for Class 9^th and 11^th admission.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Class IX Admission Test Merit List 2020

For Class 9^th Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2020, the admission test is conducted for all the applied candidates. There are lakhs of candidates are applied and appeared for the admission test, the organizer filtered the selection list based on the merit list and they can move for further admission process. for admission to class IX, an admission shall be conducted, and a merit list will be prepared for each category of priority separately. Admission shall be granted in the sequence of priority categories in the order of merit list.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Class XI Admission Test Merit List 2020

For class 11^th Kendriya Vidyalaya admission test is conducted for different streams, like Science, Commerce, Humanities of class XI in KVs will be based on CGPA scored in class X examination asunder,

7. Science Stream: A Minimum of 7.6 CGPA
8. Commerce Stream: All Minimum of 6.4 CGPA
9. Humanities Stream: All Students of KV if declared successful in the Class X exam.

Concessions where applicable shall be incorporated while preparing the merit list. In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal CGPA, the inter-se merit of such candidates may be determined as follows

Candidates obtaining higher grade points in Maths will get precedence in admission.

If two or more candidates have got the same grade points in maths, then the candidates securing higher grades in Maths and Science taken together will be precedence over the others.

In case of a tie between two or more candidates obtaining same grade points in maths and science have taken together, the student older in age as per the date of birth will be given precedence over the other.

Note: Informatics Practices as an elective subject is offered to all streams. Admission to this would be granted as per the combined merit list.

Computer Science / Bio-Technology, wherever as an elective subject, is to be offered to students of Science Stream and admission would be granted as per the combined merit list. multimedia and web designing technology as the elective subject may be offered to students of all the streams (Commerce, Humanities, and Science) as per the combined merit list.
