Selection Process
The selection for the post of BPSC Assistant will be made on the basis of Written Examination List, followed by an interview of eligible and successful candidates.

Education Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University.

This exam is for checking the language-related uses of the Candidate.
Paper 2. General Hindi
This exam is for checking the language-related uses of the Candidate.
Paper 3. General Study
Current Occupations and Daily Observation related topic and Experience, and their Scientific Aspect related Information are included. In this exam, the questions are from the Scientific, Social, Economic, and Political fields. Such research from them and innovative transformations which is important for the technology of different topics of Engineering.
Paper 4. General Engineering Science
It includes the knowledge of the Instrument mechanism. Methodology Science, General Engineering Science- Mechanism of solid, Engineering Items, Methodology of Construction Engineering, Economy and Management, Transport Phenomena, Energy Conservation, Environment Engineering, Survey, Electric Workshop, Mechanics Workshop, measurement tools, Primary Engineering, which is equal for different subjects of Engineering.

On the Day when you appear for the written examination
- Candidates are required to arrive at the written examination location at least 30 minutes before.
- Candidates are not permitted to bring books or other notes with them to the examination centers.
- Don’t come with your family because no one is permitted to go inside at examination center premises.
- Calculators with memory, watches, and other electronic items are not allowed to be brought to the written examination centers.
- Candidates make sure to bring the Admit Card/Hall ticket before appearing written examination.
- Candidates have to bring with them 2 pencils and 2 sharpened.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION for BPSC Assistant 2018
The original certificates/documents of successful candidates will be verified, for which dates will be notified after the declaration of the result. On the basis of the written test, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce original certificates of Essential and Desirable Qualifications along with one set of photocopies, duly attested.
The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If the identity of the candidate is in doubt, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination.
