IBPS RRB OA & Officer Preliminary Exam Admit Card / Hall Ticket Download

IBPS has decided to Withdraw The Step Of Conduct Common Interview for Office Assistant Posts And Will Continue for Officer Scale 1-2-3. Regional Rural Banks.  However, it should be noted that for the Single examination only one admit card is issued. Yet, the procedure for issuance, downloading and the carrying of admit card is the same.
It is advised to candidates to keep the admit card safely with themselves till the admission process is over as it will be required at various stages of the recruitment. Candidates who will qualify in online examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank in each State/ UT coordinated by IBPS.

Selection Process for IBPS RRB Officer Scale I, II, III 2019 Recruitment

  • First of all IBPS will conduct Preliminary Examination (objective) for Office Assistant Posts.
  • Candidates have to qualify in the tests with minimum cut-off marks. So, they will shortlist for mains.

Education Qualification

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager)
Information Technology Officer: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

IBPS RRB Officer Scale I, II, III Pre-examination contains the objective type of questions.
The question paper is available in Hindi/English language.
Total no. of questions is 80 in the test.

PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS (APPLICABLE TO ALL – PRELIMINARY, MAIN AND SINGLE LEVEL EXAMINATIONS)
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

CUTOFF SCORE

For Officers Scale I – Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main examination to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, adequate number of candidates in each category not exceeding three times of the declared vacancies in each state shall be called for interview, subject to availability. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online main examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview.
For Officers Scale II and III – Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Single examination to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, adequate number of candidates in each category not exceeding three times of the declared vacancies shall be called for interview, subject to availability. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online main examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview.

Exam Centre for IBPS RRB Officer Scale I, II, III 2019

  1. The examination will be conducted online in venues across many centres in India. The tentative list of Examination centres for the Preliminary exams and Main / Single exams is available in Annexure II.
  2. No request for change of centre for Examination shall be entertained.
  3. IBPS, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.
  4. IBPS also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre other than the one he/she has opted for.
  5. Candidate will appear for the examination at an Examination Centre at his/her own risk and expenses and IBPS will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.
  6. Any unruly behavior/misbehavior in the examination hall may result in cancellation of candidature/ disqualification from this exam and also from the future exams conducted by IBPS.

 

PRE-EXAMINATION TRAINING (PET)- (To be arranged by the RRBs)

Pre-Examination Training may be arranged by the Regional Rural Banks to a limited number of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities/ Ex-Servicemen/ Persons With Benchmark Disabilities for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities for the Post of Officer Scale-I at some centers viz. Banda, Warangal, Anantapur, Naharlagun (Papumpare), Guwahati, Ajmer, Raibareilly, Chhindwara, Guntur, Raipur, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar, Srinagar, Lucknow, Mandi, Jammu, Ranchi, Dharwad, Varanasi, Mysore, Mallapuram, Patna, Sangrur, Imphal, Jodhpur, Shillong, Udaipur, Aizawl, Kohima, Indore, Bhubaneshwar, Salem, Virudhunagar, Howrah, Moradabad, Puducherry, Ludhiana, Gorakhpur, Rohtak, Meerut, Rajkot, Bhatinda, Agartala, Muzaffarpur, Dehradun and Nagpur.
INTERVIEW – applicable only for post of Officers (Scale I, II and III) Candidates who have been shortlisted in the main examination for the post of Officers Scale I and in the single level examination for the post of Officers Scale II and III under CRP- RRB-VIII will subsequently be called for an Interview to be co-ordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority.

List of Documents to be produced at the time of interview / joining.

The following documents in original and self-attested photocopies in support of the candidate’s eligibility and identity are to be invariably submitted at the time of interview / joining failing which the candidate may not be permitted to appear for the interview. Non submission of requisite documents by the candidate at the time of interview/ joining will debar his candidature from further participation in the recruitment process.

  • Valid system generated printout of the online application form registered for CRP RRBs-VIII
  • Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std.
  • Certificate with DOB)
  • Photo Identity Proof as indicated in Point L of the advertisement
  • Mark-sheets or certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification etc.
  • Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates.
