General Knowledge : This part of question paper is to assess the candidates’ ability regarding general knowledge about his/her surroundings  and about its use in society. In this test such a question which will be kept to check current events and everyday science and the facts of experience which may include historical and geographical facts. (Specially Related to India) and judged them to the knowledge of the scientific aspects, which can be expected of any educated person.

Exam Pattern JKSSB Junior Assistant & Stenographer 2019

taking Typing Tests in Different Slots for one Shift.
In one slot, they are taking about 50 Candidates. Then after completion of Typing Test of those 50 Candidates, they will permit other candidate. In this process, they take generally 1 Hour for 1 Slot. So Candidates have to wait for their turn in each shift.
First they are doing Document Verification of candidates. Then according to availability of Computers, they Permit Candidates for typing Test.
Typing Test Duration is of 5 Minutes for both Hindi & English.

On the Day when you appears for written examination

  • Candidates require reaching at written examination location at least 30 minutes before.
  • Candidates are not permitting to bring books or other notes with them on examination centers.
  • Don’t come with your family because no one is permitted to go inside at examination center premises.
  • Calculator with memory, watches and other electronic item are not allowed to bring at written examination centers.
  • Candidates make sure to bring Admit Card/Hall ticket before appearing written examination.
  • Candidates have to bring with them 2 pencils and 2 sharpened.

On the basis of written test, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce original certificates of Essential and Desirable Qualifications along with one set of photocopy, duly attested,
