Exam Pattern for JRHMS Chief Minister Health Advisor 2019
The written test will consist of the objective type multiple choice questions.
The candidates shall be expected to have a general and basic overview of the above subjects and also the ability to answer questions based on practical application.
100 Questions of 1 marks each. Total time allotted will be 120 minutes.
There will be no negative marking in the written test, for questions wrongly answered or questions not answered.
Important Details
Health Advisor would liaise with the National Health Mission’s (NHM) District Programme Management Unit (DPMU) and Block Programme Management Unit (BPMU) and support the preparation of District Health Action Plans (DHAP)
Health Advisor will help the district administration and officials in implementation of DHAP
Health Advisor would support Prabhari officers (who are additional Secretary /joint Secretary level senior officials in GoI) in implementation of the identified priorities and facilitate review and reporting.
Health Advisor will liaise with National and State level team and seek technical inputs as required.
Each district has unique issues/challenges in health sector. Depending on the context the fellow would
choose at least three areas where She he will carry out in-depth work, implement and show results (list of areas attached –Annexure II).
A performance appraisal will be conducted by the supervisor /reporting officer at the end of the first year of the tenure and the Health Advisor will only be able to continue the fellowship program for the second year subject satisfactory performance.
