Bachelor’s degree in Law from a University established by Law in India or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.
Bachelor of Arts degree (with English literature or Hindi Literature as one of the subjects) or Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Commerce degree with a minimum fifty percent marks from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto, and, three years Bachelor of Laws degree with a minimum fifty percent marks from a University established by a law in India. Or Five years Bachelor of Laws degree with a minimum fifty percent marks from a University established by a law in India.

The Exam will be of 100 marks with 2 Hours Time duration.

Screening Test for UPPSC Allopathic Medical Officer 2018 MO

There are four alternatives for the answer to every question. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
If a candidate gives more than one answer, it will be treated as a wrong answer even if one of the given answer happens to be correct and there will be same penalty as he date of calculation of age (except where indicated otherwise) one third (0.33) st above for that question.
If a question is left blank i.e. no answer is given by the candidate, there will be for that question.
