Eligibility Criteria for Indian Nationals
The Candidate should have completed or will complete the age of 17 years as on the 31st December of the year of the admission.
- A candidate must have passed 10+2 examination system under the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (CBSE)/ Intermediate Science (I.Sc.) with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or its equivalent examination from a recognized University/ Board of any Indian State.
- The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination at the level of 10+2 with Biology as an additional subject will also be eligible to appear the entrance examination.
- Candidate who has appeared or is appearing in the qualifying examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subject and expect to pass the examination with required percentage of marks are also eligible to apply AIIMS 2020 Exam.
Minimum Percentage of Marks
Students should have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% for General and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST candidates and 45% for PwD candidates.
Eligibility Criteria for OCI/ NRI
Candidates under the Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) and Non-Resident Indians (NRI) are also eligible to appear in the AIIMS 2020 Entrance Exam and all the terms and conditions applicable for Indian Nationals.

Step 1: Basic Registration (PAAR)

AIIMS 2020 Overall Rank/ Merit List
A separate merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s category wise by the exam conducting board for the qualified candidates.
