BSF Constable Tradesman CT 2018 Admit card / Hall Ticket Download
Border Security Force (BSF) had invited application for Recruitment to 1074 posts of Constable (Tradesman) for various trades such as Cobbler, Tailor, Carpenter, Painter, Draughtsman, Cook, Water Carrier, Washer man, Barber, Sweeper, Waiter, Mali and Khoji etc. The Exam authority is conducting various recruitment phases like Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, Trade Test and written test. The BSF PST/PET has been conducted in January 2018. Now the board is preparing to organize the trade/written test.
MEDICAL STANDARDS
Eye Sight : The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 & 6/9 of both eyes without correction i.e. without wearing of glasses.
The candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high color vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

ALLOTMENT OF VACANCIES
60 % of vacancies will be allotted amongst States/UT’s on the basis of population ratio.
20% of vacancies in the Border Guarding Forces (BGFs) (BSF, ITBP, SSB, Assam Rifles) will be allotted to border districts, which fall within the responsibility of the Force. In forces other than BGFs, 40% vacancies will be allotted to militancy affected areas i.e. J&K, North Eastern States and nasal affected areas. The district/areas affected by militancy shall be notified by the Government from time to time.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION for BSF Constable Tradesman CT 2018
In the examination hall as well as at the time of interview, the call letter along with a photocopy of the candidate’s photo identity (bearing exactly the same name as it appears on the call letter) such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer/ People’s Representative along with a photograph / Identity Card issued by a recognised college/ university/ Aadhar card with a photograph/ Employee ID should be submitted to the invigilator for verification.
Note: The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter, in the Attendance List and requisite documents submitted. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the Examination/ interview.
