‘Haryana Public Service Commission issues HPSC Admit Cards 10-15 days before the Civil Judge Exam. The submission of online for was rum from 01 September 2018 to 30 September 2018. The schedule of examination would be displayed in the authority Website. The HPSC Civil Judge Admit Card 2018 will be released soon by the authority of the official website. No person shall be eligible to be appointed a Civil Judge (Junior Division) unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India on or before closing date.
Note: Candidates are not required to submit along with their applications for Preliminary Examination attested copy of any certificate in support of their claims regarding age, educational qualifications, scheduled castes/ backward classes/physically handicapped /ex-servicemen which will be checked at the time of the Main Written Examination only.

The Preliminary Examination shall be of objective type with multiple-choice questions as distinguished from the main written examination which shall be of subjective/narrative type.
The OMR Sheets (Answer Sheets) will be scanned by Computer. So there is no provision of re-checking/re-evaluation of OMR Sheets.
The question paper for Preliminary Examination shall be of two hours duration. It shall consist of 125 questions and each question shall carry 04 marks and for every wrong answer 0.80 mark shall be deducted. There will, however, be no negative marking in respect of un-attempted questions.
The objective type multiple-choice question for the Preliminary Examination shall be from the syllabus for the Main Examination.
No candidate shall be called for the viva- voce unless he obtains at least fifty percent qualifying marks in the aggregate of all the written papers. However, for the candidate belonging to the scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Physically Handicapped and Ex-Serviceman candidates only (but not dependents of ESM) the qualifying marks for this purpose shall be 45%.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION for HPSC Civil Judge Prelims 2018
The original certificates/documents of successful candidates will be verified for which dates will be notified after declaration of result. On the basis of written test, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce original certificates of Essential and Desirable Qualifications along with one set of photocopy, duly attested,
The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination.
