Degree in any discipline with Graduate Degree in LAW or Integrated LAW of 5 years duration.
Degree in any discipline. Desirable – Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Management / Behavioral Science / Training & Development / HRD / HRM (duration of not less than 2 years or full time regular course of 1 year) OR MBA with specialization in PM/ IR/ HRD/ HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years) OR PG Diploma in Social Welfare (IISW, Kol) OR Post-graduation in Organizational psychology.
Graduate with recognized MBA or PG Degree/Diploma in Management / Social work / Social Welfare / Rural Management / Rural Development / Ecology / HR/CSR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relation.
Selection Process
Through Personal Interview. The management at its discretion may change the mode of selection if required. For the post of Hindi Translator Typing Test shall also be conducted.

Note: The initial contract period is 03 years, which may be extended further period subject to requirement / satisfactory performance of the candidate / norms of the company. The period of contractual engagement can be reduced / terminated due to unsatisfactory performance of the individual, The period of contractual engagement as mentioned in the appointment offer is fixed and there will be automatic cessation of period of contractual service and shall not require any prior notice.

- Candidates should bring the printout of them admit card in the examination hall.
- Candidates should download their admit card before the date of exam.
- Candidate are advised to validate all the details mentioned on their Admit Card.
- Date, Time and Venue of the Exam will be given on the Admit Card.
- Candidate should bring their Valid ID proof at the time of Exam.
- Candidates are advised to keep their Admit Card safe till the joining. Admit Card will be required at the time of joining.
- Any issue regarding the generation of the admit card can be resolved by contacting the official authorities.
- The candidates should note that the admit card will have some instructions for the exam day and that they should be obeyed by all
