The conditions of providing services on contract basis are as under.
- Posts advertised shall be filled up only on contractual basis as indicated.
- The total number of vacancies as indicated above will be filled up as per the requirement, strictly in accordance with merit.
- Procurement of services would be for a period of 3 Years or till the regular appointment, whichever is earlier.
- Quarterly Performance appraisal & Monitoring would be carried out to ensure achievement of the objectives behind this arrangement.
- The contract shall be effective from the date of actual contractual engagement.
- Reservations as per the policy of Government of Jharkhand shall be applicable.
- Successful candidates on contract basis will have to sign a contractual agreement with the Urban Development & Housing Department, Govt. of Jharkhand.
- The contractual engagement shall not confer any right or claim of extension/absorption in the Urban Local Bodies under the Urban Development & Housing Department, Govt. of Jharkhand.
UDHD Jharkhand Junior Engineer (JE) 2018 Examination
The original certificates/documents of successful candidates will be verified for which dates will be notified after declaration of result. On the basis of written test, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce original certificates of Essential and Desirable Qualifications along with one set of photocopy, duly attested,
The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination.
