- The हिंदी आशुलेकन is for 60 words per minutes.
- Computer Hindi typing test is for 30 words per minute.
- After that, there will be a written test.

Skill Test: Uttar Pradesh PCL Typing-Steno Exam 2018: On the selection of the applicants through Computer Skill Test and Written Examination applicants will be called up for Typing or Stenography Test. Applicants need to have good accuracy and typing test to qualify the typing test as well as the steno test. This will decide the appointment of the applicants on UPPCL Vacancy 2018.
Part I: This test will be of computer knowledge which will be 50 questions carrying 1 marks each.
Part II: This part will test your mental ability as well as your general awareness which are mentioned Above:
Part III: Shorthand Test for Stenographer
To be qualified for this test the candidate has clear the Part II examination. In this test, the candidate has to participate in the Hindi dictation test which has to be noted down within 5 mins. within the typing speed of 60 words per minute.
Candidates will be given 30 mins. to type that dictation on the computer with Kruti Dev 010 or 016 Font where the total timing of the test becomes 35 minutes. If the candidate does not meet the above requirement then he/she will not be qualified.
UPPCL Stenographer Grade 3 2018 Skill Test or Typing Test Details
Typing Test: This Exam will be Conducted in Hindi and English Both Language. The Hindi Typing Test will be taken in Kruti Dev 010 or 016 Font. For this Test the Candidates needs to Participate in 05 Minutes of Exam on Computer to Calculate the Typing Speed.
Note: Candidates should type the 60 words/ Minute. At the Speed of 30-30 Words/ Minute in Hindi & English for the Selection.
